At Pokemor, we strive to provide excellent service and quality products. However, due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, don’t worry—reach out to us at kyle@pokemor.com, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but will incur a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the non-refundable payment processing costs associated with the original transaction.
